The SpeedKeys ZipCode database is a regular .mdb file that
can be opened and edited in Microsoft Access, therfore you
can manually update it as you learn about any changes.

very simple keyboard enhancer by allowing you to assign long sequences of keystrokes to
simple hot keys. SpeedKeys also provides a number of additional features including a
"Talking Keys" option as well as handy lookup tables for telephone country
