Most SpeedKeys users setup SpeedKeys to enter city, state, and zip code information in the application they are working with the press of a Hot Key.

Following Microsoft Word example illustrates the necessary steps to have SpeedKeys enter the city, state and zip code information right into your word document.

Step1:
Launch SpeedKeys and Setup a Hot Key to enter city, state, and zip code information and minimize SpeedKeys.

Step2:
Create your document and place the cursor where you would like SpeedKeys to enter the city, state, and zip code information.

Step3:
Press the Hot Key to have the SpeedKeys window pop open. Then enter the zip code and press enter.

 

Step4:
The city, state, and zip code information will be entered into you Word document and SpeedKeys will minimize itself.
